Sealing effect is reinforced with double wiper seals. Its material is selected in

consideration with flammability, abrasion resistance, service life expectancy,

temperatures and other compatibility factors.

l TWS-F : Internal Floating Roof with Foam & Wiper Seal

TWS ployurethane Foam has excellent flexibility to accommodate rim space.

Foam is surrounded by Envelope compatible with many sotred products of storage tanks.

Envelope is jointed liquid tight and has strong abrasion quality to go up and down against tank shell. TWS-3 Foam seal is in contact with the liquid, eliminating vapor zone in the first place.

l TWS-M : Internal Floating Roof with Mechanical Seal

Shoe is overlaped along the tank shell, creating a metallic ring. The space between ring and rim of

the floation rood deck is closed by fabric called continuous seal. Continuous seal can resist all of

the stored products in above storage tank. shoe is held up against tank shell tightly and, at the

same time accom-modate rim space by TWS medchanical device.
